Some products ship Ready to Assemble to help reduce shipping damage. Assembly instructions and hardware are included (wood glue not included).

We process orders quickly, so cancellations or modifications can’t be guaranteed. All requests must be submitted in writing to customerservice@theubiquegroup.com.
If your order has already shipped, return shipping costs may be deducted from any refund.

We ship throughout the contiguous United States. Many items qualify for Free Shipping. We ship from the closest of our U.S. locations when possible, and some items ship directly from the manufacturer.

The item is in stock and typically leaves our warehouse within 24 business hours. Weekend orders are processed the next business day. Large orders may ship in multiple shipments.

No. Once shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery timing. We can’t guarantee delivery dates or times.

Freight Delivery

Large/heavy items or large-quantity shipments may require freight (semi-truck) delivery. Freight charges vary based on size, weight, quantity, and destination.

Freight is quoted per shipment using carrier rates. Your delivery location is required for accurate pricing. Some manufacturer-direct items may take longer to quote.

  • Unload Myself: Customer unloads within 15 minutes (unassisted) and brings items inside
  • Curbside Service: Liftgate lowers items to the ground; customer brings items inside

To the Door Delivery: Driver brings items to the doorway (no stairs), but not inside

Freight carriers typically attempt to contact you to schedule delivery. If the carrier cannot establish contact and alternate contact information can’t be confirmed within 48 hours, the order may be cancelled and returned as a standard return (fees may apply).

Returns & Damages

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page. Returned items must be unopened and unassembled. Once an item is assembled, the customer assumes responsibility.

No. Custom items (embroidered/custom upholstery) are made to order and are not eligible for returns or refunds. If an error occurs, report it within 10 business days with photos by calling 1-866-404-7671 or emailing customerservice@theubiquegroup.com.

Our limited warranty applies to the original purchaser only.

Covered products are warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for the published warranty period by category. Warranty periods are not extended by repairs or replacements.
